CMV UnMatched Card: Ep. 31 (#205)

We kick off the show tonight with what can only be assumed as somewhat of a mismatch, as the lovable new face on the scene, tags cash money himself, Ethan Kashima, coming off of a brawl last week in the center of the ring with fellow newcomer Jon Richards. Speaking of, Jon Richards will indeed be taking to arms tonight as he teams with the war veteran Phillip Melick, who just last week was attacked backstage by the brute known as Kurse, one can only speculate any potential injury for Melick going into this match as we see quite the collision of styles to kick off the show.

In our second match of the night, we see the man who was just one reversal away from being in this years Elimination Chamber, but unfortunately fell short of the three count against Jaymes Landon Vain last week and will be looking to bounce back tonight with a win over one of the men drafted from Intensity to UnMatched in Adrian Axe, a man known for some good matches despite his lack of TV time, Axe will be looking to prove himself to the UnMatched fans tonight but he faces a formidable opponent.

Parker defied the odds last week when he beat a former two time CMV World Champion and form Television Champion Chris Adams last week to earn himself a spot inside the Elimination Chamber for a chance to win the CMV World Championship. Despite his 18 month layoff from UnMatched, he has settled back in nicely and is looking to pick up yet another win tonight, however it will not be a walk in the park as he faces a hungry James Kelly, a man desperate to prove himself to the CMV brass and a win here tonight would do just that.

The Current CMV Tag Team Champions The New Orient Express look to continue their run of dominance tonight as they take on yet another new team on the scene going by the name of Lost n' Found, could we see one of the biggest upsets in CMV history with newcomers Tommy and Isaiah taking down Takeshi and Mr. Showtime tonight, or will it be business as usual for the Tag Team Champions.

Neither of these two men have ever competed inside an Elimination Chamber, but tonight they get the chance to join the elite, and become the sixth man in what will be the Main Event of UnChained. Leo Cruz earned this match with a win last week over Don Bishop, while Byron Elliott was voted in by the fans to be his opponent, will the former member of The Mama Squad shine tonight and follow in his "brothers" footsteps or will Leo get another crack at one of the few belts that has so far eluded him in CMV.

In tonights Co-Main Event, a former CMV Tag Team Champion in Kid Campbell looks to dip his toe into some singles action and potentiall earn himself a crack at the European Championship, with Glock yet to find a contender, and only the go home show left after tonight, a win here for Campbell would all but secure himself a shot at his first singles title come UnChained in under 14 days, however since making his debut Glock has been wrecking house, only picking up a single loss in tag team action.

Twas the build up to the second ever UnChained, some two years ago. When DSD beat Chris Adams, in dominant fashion, the crowd were like woah. But still Adams made it, to the chamber he did. Though this year he can't, it has sealed it's lid. But do not fear, for a win here tonight. Would bring Adams right back up, right into the fight. But for DSD, this means so much more, alas in less than two weeks, he'll step right into, the elimination chamber, a chance so few. A win here tonight how good it would be, for D'Angelo St. Daniels to prepare his knee. For the chance of a lifetime, to step into the chamber, where once was his prime. To win back the belt, missing for a year, his opponents at UnChained, will surely fear, an enraged DSD with one thought on his mind, a three time champion, legitimacy defined.
