The Thread of Love... of Despair

Post by Ausy on Tue Apr 18, 2017 2:00 am

I just want to say that through all the gimmicks and disputes, the hostility and shitposting, I appreciate you all for providing a fun and active forum. I think it's important to sometimes take a step back and realize that just about everyone here brings their own flare and flavor (Dashing is a little spicy) to the mix, and that if it weren't for a couple of nerds like Dashing and dearest Mizzy, a lot of us would have never had the chance to interact with each other, and I'm glad we have. I spent the majority of my formative years on forums like this, and I do truly believe this is the best community I've ever been a part of.

There is not a single member here I genuinely dislike, and all of the teasing and prodding is all in good fun. Much love to you all.

This.

I also would like to address what happened back in August.

Back then, there was stuff separate from CMV that was causing me stress issues and I was snapping at everybody, including people in my personal life. That wasn't fair on anybody. When I said I needed to do college around a year ago, I meant it, and that's what contributed to my toxicity. In August, I lost my shit and became a little bitch, lashing out at the community who took me in and treated me like one of their own. That was wrong of me, and I knew sometime after that I took this whole thing way too seriously, and that it wasn't worth losing people who I considered friends over.

There's people who took a disliking to me over my childish attitude and irresponsibility, like Tim and Alveuss, who I don't blame for their negative feelings towards me. Quite frankly, I deserved it. I appreciated whenever somebody talked me back down to earth, whether it was in jest or they were serious about it. I was getting drunk and acting like a stuck up asshole. If my apology to them falls on deaf ears, so be it, but I'm just happy they know that I understand what a prick I was.

I can easily say that leaving CMV in the way that I did was one of the worst regrets in my life. CMV was a coping mechanism to me as well as a fun hobby. I'm happy to be back and to solely contribute to the site from my promos and to rebuild and further friendships.

I'm apologizing to all of you, as all of you represent CMV, and I disrespected CMV in 2016.

With all that said, I can't agree more with Austin and look forward to whatever my new run brings forward.

Also, I believe I am pretty spicy.

Wait hold up, how is leaving a FICTIONAL WRESTLING LEAGUE that was filled with people that didn't care for you is your "BIGGEST REGRET" over whatever personal drama you had doing IRL wtf?!

I had a relatively quiet life beforehand.

It was more stress over work and the paranoia of trying to further my education over anything to do with RL friends.
