Scrapped Promo Ideas

Anyone got promos or promo ideas they trashed? No need to give a transcript, more so themes or plot summaries... For example I trashed (But it was too late) the really crazy Nick Blake promo after he won MiTB. Because I'm just... so bad at writing...

I've never scrapped a promo that has been written simply because I took the time to write it, good or bad that shit is being posted. I've pulled the plug on entire gimmicks before though

i don't plan nothing tbh, i just make it up when i need to do a promo....like the time you asked for help with Blake....Usually just go by whats happening on streams, add some BS filler to make it interesting, then get to the point that needs to be addressed.

Everything anything I wanted to do on Fusion

An entire storyline revolving around Sampson/Cole Savage having reps battle at last year's Ascendance for control of Fusion (Krzy ended up dropping Savage out of the gm's position) but it turned into McGregor v Ziegler lol

FEAR aka Bill Maverick was originally gonna get killed off last season but plans changed. Also Cassie Maverick's heel turn wasn't anything that was planned either. Cassie becoming champion and feuding with Fury changed all that.

I had lots of bad ideas for promos and storylines that never saw the light of day such as Bill Maverick eating demon baby flesh to remain immortal. Thankfully, I never took it that far.

-a promo setting up leona/divine/aerora because echo went emo
-not scrapped, but dashing deleted kurasuke saving ziegler's life
-batman deleting the coding to The C.U.R.E. debut promo
-retconned the promo where 10|EL was a vixen
-suraci getting taken out on Fusion before I ended up doing The Bickering Duo™
-got rid of a savage promo, and had angel address the tim stuff instead
-rewrote some kurasuke promos before i settled on how i wanted him to talk

was gonna have Borton turn heel about when season 4 started.

I originally had plans to turn Aura face after her feud with Quinn-belle ended before ferocity started and the vixens divisions merged I had a whole redemption angle thing planned for her that i never could write the way i wanted to be so i trashed it.

a second angle i had that went in the bin is that extreme conditions were never meant to be a team this long originally i just wanted to have them as a way to bring in Thunder then work towards a split that i hoped was going to happen at the draft (Which is why i was trying to build up the whole them being drafted separately angle in the streams before it) with Matt turning heel on one brand a few weeks after the split and Eric as a face on the other ... obviously that didn't happen and they won the titles at the cup so it was worth keeping them together i suppose
