If I connected my Xbox directly would I have better quality on my Xbox (Streaming wise)

Well I mean if you connected it to your Box, you'd have the same Connection as all of your Wifi. So I guess so, since it'd be more visual and without lag.

If you use Ethernet instead of wireless it should be better

Just to add; I have an ethernet cord connected from my modem to my PS4 and I've never experience lag or slow downs unless the game's server is acting up or unless my provider is having an outage.

Yes. WiFi is 99% of the time going to be slower than your direct ethernet.
