It's gonna be such a stupid answer, but I liked WM29 Rock vs Cena because of the story of the current generation(somewhat) vs the Past generation and it was a story of two worlds colliding once and for all. Sure it'd be cool if it was Punk vs Austin or Cena vs Hart, but this is just one of my favourites just because of the story.
Also, Punk vs Cena at MitB 2011, I think. It's either 2011 or 2013. Same with Rock vs Cena. It's the story of generations with the Babyface hot-momma taking on the loud-mouthed, uncensored, Heel. And that was the night CM Punk made the biggest thing happen that night; He took the WWE Championship and left.
