CMV Intensity Card: Ep. 2 (#139)

Wendell Grace returns to action once again tonight as he kicks off the second ever episode of Intensity going up against one half of the newly formed team of the Wrestling Originals as he takes on the new partner of Bull, Erik Bolstad a Norwegian Amateur wrestler. Somewhat of a similar style matchup kicking off tonights show which should lead to a great contest.

One of two debuts tonight as we see the Canadian Born High-Flyer by the name of Emily make her CMV debut tonight, stalked to the ring by her manager Sam Payne as she looks to take on a former CMV Womens Champion in what could be the most important contest in this young Canadians life, this result may well effect how quick off the mark her CMV career will be as she takes on Lexin Damjen who returned to winning ways in last weeks Intensity live show.

Right after we get another debut here tonight as Gavin Extreme takes to the ring against the Hatian Witch Doctor Satoru who is coming off of a huge win over one half of the Conspicuous Cats, Kurasuke in last weeks Intensity Main Event. This is a big match for both men, Satoru will be looking to continue his winning ways while Gavin Extreme would love to kick off his CMV with a huge win.

This is the match we could have seen next week in the Main Event for the CMV Television Championship if Matthews had have beaten Tops Newsome. However the former two time CMV World Heavyweight Champion and former Television may have had something else in mind all along. As of now, Aaron Waite has no contender for the Global Championship at Redemption Road, and if Matthews could beat Intensity's only ever Dual Champion tonight, he'd surely be in the runnings, however you can be damn sure that Johnny Sampson won't let Matthews get that Title shot so easily.

Tonight we'll see two Number One Contenders Matches take place, in the Main Event we'll see Zack Starr and Tops Newsome fight to become the Number One Contender for the Television Title but first, we have a Triple Threat Match to determine who will be facing Samantha Steel in her first defense in two weeks time. We have the former Champion, who is looking to earn another shot after using all of her rematch clauses up back at London against Leona, then we have another former Champ in the form of Dawn Bryan who has struggled to keep up with current champ but would love nothing more than one more shot and finally, the newcomer only suffering once pinfall loss in four matches and will be looking to keep it that way tonight. Only one Vixen can come out on top, but who will it be?

In tonights Co-Main Event, we see the four time CMV Tag Team Champions The Bringers of Despair collide with their Redemption Road opponents in tag team action, in a non title match. After being screwed out of the Title at iMPLOSION, the Conspicuous Cats will be looking to get one over the Champions tonight before they head into their elimination Tag Team Match in two weeks time at Redemption Road for the CMV Tag Team Championships.

While this may not be for Aaron Waite's Global Championship, the winner of this match will not have to wait until Redemption Road to get their shot, instead they'll only have to wait until next weeks Main Event for their Chance at the gold. Tonight we'll see the longest reigning CMV Television Champion Zack Starr fight to earn the chance to become a two time CMV Television Champion, but he'll have to get past the man who's been in and around the Title picture for some time, The Puppet Master, Tops Newsome.
