*Backstage at Absolution, the ending of the Royal Rumble being the least “unknown” of endings, having Paul Divine, the Greatest import from Japan, winning the big one. Now we are backstage, where Elijah Stewart is sitting in a chair, looking discretely mad, but at the same time glad. Out of nowhere, Jay Davis limps over to Stewart, putting a hand over his shoulder.*

“Okay, before you say anything, I didn’t come here to fight you and I didn’t come here to talk some sense into you. Well actually the 2nd one I am gonna do. Look, you know and I know that you had something to do with the car accident. But hey, you can prove me wrong. IF you beat me in a match. And not just any old match, I want a Extreme Rules match at Purgatory. If you beat me, I know that you’re worth the guided eye and look past you and DJ as the directors of that little stunt. If I beat you, then you’ll be seen as nothing more than a fraud, a liar, and most importantly, a killer. Sound cool? Cool. I’ll see you at Genesis, kid.”

*As Elijah is seen leaving the building, Guri Sukonov and Ushio Takato pound down the “Good Vibes Kid”, kicking him senseless. It wasn’t long until a unknown man, maybe a fan backstage, came to the aid of Elijah Stewart. Both men backed away from Stewart’s lifeless body as the man aids him until officials came.*
