That 3.43 is the issue try hard resetting your Xbox holding down the standby button for 10 seconds

Like 3.43 is fine, I'm pretty sure you probably stream at like 2.5 or something on twitch, but that 3.43 is the peak, which means it's probably lowering below the 2.5 or whatever you stream at. What is the packet loss?

GG fuck knows try resetting. That latency is a little high. Like for example
My connection to the EST server on gears is 89ms
So your connection to the nearest Xbox server really shouldn't be 87.

Maybe contact Xbox on Twitter they're actually pretty helpful.
