A King and a Beast

After the opening match-up on Monday night Fusion #119, we're taken backstage as veteran CMV interviewer, Lisa Evans, is standing by with Paul Heymen!

Ladies and gentleman, please welcome my guest at this time, Paul Heyman... Oh, and Bison!

The Barbarian steps into the frame behind Paul, staring down at Lisa, unresponsive as usual.

Evans
So, guys, what's been going on lately? A lot of people in the CMV universe have been wondering whether or not Bison is going to take Cole Savage's deal... Is he?

Paul laughs to himself, Bison cocking his head slowly to the side.

Heyman
I'll say this only once, Lisa, NO. Bison, nor myself, would ever associate with Mr. Savage or any of his so-called "friends". It isn't anything personal but you see, we do our business a different way around here. Bison is an unstoppable, BRUTE of a man who simply needs a direction to be pointed in so that he can carve his path if destruction! I mean, the only reason that I'm here is to communicate to you and the fans and Johnny Sampson that Savage was right about one thing; Bison is done playing errand boy. He has a new direction that I've pointed him in, the CMV Undisputed championship! I-

Paul is stopped from continuing onward as Travis King steps up to him, Bison getting tense, ready to engage if need be.

King
What garbage. Bison, I told you not to mess with what we have going on, you flaked on Johnny and now Schmidty has taken him out! You cost me my shot at reclaiming what I never lost in the first place, and to what, run around with this weasel? Paul, I want you to deliver this message to your semi-functional, gorilla over there; point him in my direction!  At Regicide, I'm gonna tear his head off, and prove why there's no stopping me on my warpath,, and why he chose the wrong side...

King looks Paul up and down, scoffs at Bison, and then walks off, Paul smirking and nodding his head while Bison glares down the hall at his new-found foe.
