Battle of the Beasts

As Genesis begins, the crowd fired up and everyone on their feet for their favorite night of the week, a thunderous orchestra begins playing, as out comes the Russian Ogre, Guri Sukonov, alongside Paul Heyman, who hasn’t been seen in Guri’s corner in a while. Both men walk down to the ring, as Guri looks irritated, annoyed even. Guri gets in the ring first, worrying Paul a little bit. He hasn’t seen Guri this mad since he lost the International Championship to Zack Cage at the end of last season. But he keeps a normal face, as the announcer gives Paul the microphone.

Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman, the advocate to the FORMER 1x International Champion, FORMER 1x Alpha World Heavyweight Champion, the Russian Ogre, the Monster of Monsters, Guri Sukonov!!

The crowd give the boos of a lifetime, giving their attention to the beast just to back down to Paul Heyman. The monster just stands there, menacingly, as Heyman just chuckles and smiles.

O, this is adorable. What? You guys thought Guri Sukonov was on YOUR side? You thought Guri Sukonov was going to hand out pamphlets and kiss babies? People, let me clarify with who we’re dealing with here. We’re dealing with this 450 lbs mass of destruction known as Guri Sukonov, a man who has broken the bones of monsters such as Bison, Duo Maxwell, Joey Bacon. He’s even broken the bones of your favorite hero, the “Good Vibes Kid”, Elijah Stewart. He’s a monster for a reason. He doesn’t back down from a fight. He doesn’t back down from the challenge, IN FACT...we’re here to lay out a challenge.

The crowd grow in suspense, as Paul licks his lips in a devilish type way, Guri just blowing off steam, like a massive bull.

Chris Andrews, the Alpha World Heavyweight Champion. It suits you, Andrews, I have to admit. The “Bloody Brit” as champion, you’ve been unstoppable. But let’s not forget the man you so called “beat” to win that championship. The man you beat for that championship was...two defenses away from beating Bob Luger’s streak. And what do you know, that sideshow act has shipped sail, so now we have a fair playing field. Chris Andrews, I say this in the most beneficial way possible, that if you do not give Guri Sukonov his rightful rematch, he’ll have nothing better to do than to rip every door off of every shingle until he finds you. Because this BEAST, he’s HUNGRY. And he wants back HIS championship. He wants to engrave his mark as the longest reigning Alpha World Champion and BY GOD, he is going to do that exact thing!!

The crowd goes off, as the rematch of two gods in their own right, butting heads and banging fists. Guri Sukonov stands still, continuing to look angry as ever.

Andrews, we will be waiting for your response. But until then, you have the privilege of seeing Guri Sukonov destroy a chunk of the Genesis roster.

Paul throws the mic down, as Guri RIPS off his shirt, more than ready to destroy everyone in his sights after what happened with Daemion.
