Champ's Protocol

As Friday Night Genesis continues on, the theme of the current CMV Light-Heavyweight Champion begins playing, as Jaquan Shay comes out, in a red and gold suit, holding his newly-won title. The fans cheer on for the champ, but he doesn’t signify that the crowd is even there. Shay gets in the ring, as he calls for a chair and a microphone. He sits down in the chair, smirking as he looks around the arena.

CMV!! I said what I going to do LAST WEEK and here I am THIS WEEK as the CMV LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!

The crowd clap on the CMV Veteran, as he soaks it all in.

Now, I know a lot of you…”marks”, think I don’t deserve this title. Especially one that goes by the name of Azrael. “Big Azzhole”, I know you got a bit butthurt, as well as back-hurt and head-hurt, BUT this is for the best. You as champion would only degrade this title, just like the ‘many many championship reigns’ you so called had.

The crowd are confused as to whether or not they should cheer the selfish and glorified Jaquan Shay on, bashing the VIP of Sunday’s ladder match.

The difference between you and I, Azz, is that I am something that was BUILT and founded out of CMV. And as you can see, I know why. I’m championship material. The guys in the back know it, you know it, hell I bet PAT LAFAVE knows it. By the way, I’m open for discussion on a spot in your little boy-scout regime, Patty.

Shay chuckles as he spurted that little line out, as the crowd are misguided, continuing to cheer him on.

Truth be told, I did have to fight 5 other talentless men in that ring last Sunday. BUT for what’s it worth, I won THIS championship. And I have NO ONE to thank but myself. So thank me!!

As that last line was muttered, Shay got up out his chair, as he threw the microphone to the ring announcer, as he gingerly trotted out of the ring, looking like a million bucks. The fans were undecided whether or not to cheer Shay on, as the bashful champ continued to walk up the ramp and into the back.
