Mr. Balor's Hurt...

He hurt himself performing the Coup de Grace. Apparently his not to terribly injury but that move is dangerous and so risky for rolling your ankle.
Are we at risk for Balor switching to the single-arm facebuster? Maybe a Pedigree?

He was on crutches, possibly a sprained ankle and will miss 3-4 weeks tops.. but we have the taping of NXT to go over the top of his missed time.

He's hit it 3 times(Not counting live events) and it's used as a desperation move aside The Death Blow (Coup de grâce).
However in NJPW it was the strongest move in his entire set, which led him to many championships. He would have no problem switching it over as a primary with that alone guaranteeing the safety of others.
