Listen to this shit: So I was playing BO3 with Alveuss and I wanted to record a clip mid game. So I press the Middle Button twice to bring up the "Record/Screenshot" menu. Instead, it backs me out to the XBOX Main Menu and I thought it froze. So I'm frantically pressing buttons and I accidentally started Dark Souls III. So when Dark Souls III was booting up, it closed Black Ops III in the middle of the game... ALL BECAUSE I WANTED TO FUCKING RECORD A CLIP! I was raging so hard.

Stuff like that happens alot. Once I was trying to screenshot an attire for My MyCareer then I accidentally went out and I usually scroll down to make sure the little menu isn't frozen bc that happened before. Then I go down and start Assassin's Creed. Never played that MyCareer since.
