NXT Ep. 36 Card

Two big guys who were among the favourites going into the King of the Ring Tournament but ended up going out in the first round, they'll certainly be looking to regain momentum here tonight heading into the next PPV in four weeks time, this could be a pretty interesting clash when these two giants when they go one on one in a first time match up between the two.

The NXT Tag Team Champions made another successful title defence three days ago at NXTreme when they defeated The Ascension in a title match, now in the fallout, they will go up against the newcomers here on NXT, The Bringers of Despair who lost a number one contendership match against The Patriots at NXTreme, a win over the NXT Tag Team Champions would be a good way to regain momentum and possibly entitle them to a title shot after the next Pay Per View.

Three men who failed to win the King of the Ring Tournament three days ago will have a chance to get a crack at the European Championship in four weeks time in a Ladder Match at Climb 2 Fame, two of these men have already tried and failed to topple Bryan Novak from his crown and will be looking to get some redemption for that, while Ryan Fosse is getting his first chance to get into a title match since before NXT Unchained and will be looking to make the most of it. Lastly we have the man who was the favourite going into King of the Ring getting his crack at the European Championship. He's yet to compete in a multi-man match and so it could be interesting to see how it unfolds.

A match setup at the start of the show by the NXT General Manager Kane, Richard Thunder goes up against The Authority in this matchup, what makes it worse is, he'll be in a handicap match if he fails to find himself a partner this could lead to a full on beatdown of one of Kane's biggest rivals. Will Richard Thunder be able to find a Tag Team partner or will he suffer at the hands of The Authority in a Handicap Match?

This match will help determine which of the titles has the strongest owner, who is the strongest champion? However the odds are greatly stacked against Bryan Novak and Eric Matthews as they were chokeslammed and beaten down before the show started by The Authority, not only that, but they go up against a very game champion in the form of Lorin Seoul, who won the first ever King of the Ring Tournament just three days ago to become the first ever NXT Television Champion.
