Re: Favorite Comic Book Hero/Villain?
Hero
Brian Bendis & Mark Bagley's Spider-Man (Ultimate Spider-Man)
Why?: This Spider-Man is more relatable than Steve Ditko's Spider-Man. Not only for just for the fact that the Ultimate Spider-Man's setting is in the early 2000s but just because of his every day struggles.
Why else?: Mark Bagley's style for this Spider-Man is amazing. I love his sharp lines and jagged style. I've taken more from him than I did any other artist I like. Half the fun of reading USM was just looking at Bagley's illustrations.
Villains
Bruce Timm's Joker (Batman: The Animated Series)
Why?: While the early episodes detail a very silly but sinister Joker, later episodes show a darker and more malicious Joker. So much so that at the de facto series finale in Batman Beyond: The Joker Returns, he tortured Tim Drake (Robin) to turn him into a mini Joker. This particular Joker I feel is the most intimidating I've ever had the pleasure to watch.
Why else?: Mark Hamil's portrayal is iconic. He is, in my opinion, the definitive animated Joker, maybe even of all the Jokers.

He is a Navy Seal that gets his power from the Egyptian moon good, and is Marvel Batman. He also has Multiple Personality Disorder (Not joking)

Re: Favorite Comic Book Hero/Villain?
Spiderman gets bit by a spider and parades around in pajamas. Green Arrow went through hell and back to gain his skills and knowledge in a story where he slowly loses and then finds himself while fighting some of the most dangerous criminals.
