Miles Kelly finds himself coming through the curtains after a commercial break. The Rising Star Champion holds his title over his head for a louder reaction from the CMV Universe. Miles climbs into the middle of the ring and holds up two fingers.

I live by this “code.” This Gentlemen’s Code, which directs my actions. I was brought up to not start a fight. It was looked down upon. It’s hard to break a habit that you’ve lived by your entire life. And I didn’t start a fight at all, Kendall Wolfe and Arthur Rose started a war. So I want both of you in that ring at Battle Scars. I don’t care if we’re in the ring, at the park, in a zoo, or at the end of the rainbow. I’m reading to throw down and you can both find yourselves in this ring getting pinned.

The rowd pops to show their agreement of the exciting match.

Well I already had such a great time fighting you both last week. But I kinda wanna share the joy of kicking you two into dust with a close friend of mine. You guys may know him already, but to make it fun, let’s keep Kendall and Rosey guessing. So Kendall if you want that fair fight, bring it on!

Without any hesitation, the uneasy rift of Kendall's theme echoes throughout the arena. Out Kendall comes, no Arthur Rose to be seen. For the first time in a year, Kendall is alone with a live mic. There is hardly a response from the CMV Universe, as they do not how to greet Kendall. Cheers and boos are rendered useless here.

The admiration is appreciated, CMV, I missed you too. Audiences like you were the reason I left CMV for a hiatus and you're the reason I attacked Miles Kelly. Legends die on the daily here, whether it's under their own power or at somebody else's hand. I was gone for a YEAR, a year, and when I come back, there's no true buzz, not a banner in sight, no balloons, no cake, nothing.

More boos are elicited by the crowd, as Kendall's path seems to be taking a darker twist.

The most I got was a double take from a janitor. Even he didn't think much of me. They've all moved on to the next generation of stars, all these up and comers with their flashy skillsets and their flamboyant personalities, their light-up shoes and their equally dumb logic that this is CMV greatest's era because it's a bigger platform now. No, that's a goddamn lie. Sam Valentine couldn't lace up Scott Norrie's boots. A guy like 10|EL would get his neck broken against a guy like Cyborg. Justin Sane would run circles around Aleister Knox. Sunshine EMBARRASSES guys like Jon Reed in the spook department........and Miles Kelly wouldn't live to tell the tale of facing Kendall Wolfe 1 on 1.

Wolfe lets out a hefty laugh, almost as if to say "I got you for a sec, there!". Some of the crowd laughs with Kendall, some mercilessly boo him.

I'm just letting you know Kelly, I ain't ready to die on my shield just yet. Only way I'm dying is with one sword in each hand, taking every son of a bitch in close proximity down with me! So you want a match at Battle Scars, Miles? You want to put me out to pasture? Well let's dance, youngblood, YOU'RE ON!

Miles Kelly is clapping in the ring, obviously happy at the news, as Kendall nods his head and walks to the back.

Soz if it's mediocre guys, XB1 is a bitch to write promos on.
