More Than a Heart Attack

A CMV Exclusive shows a video hours before Requiem begins. The video starts with unmasked Marcantel leaning against a wall in a long hallway, with a look of worry and determination. He then proceeds to walk down the hallway and begin talking to the camera.

This win.....it matters. I must win tonight, if I don't.....I'll never get a glimpse of that title again, I just know I won't. Like I said last week, I MUST win tonight. They won't stop me, no one will, even a heart attack couldn't keep me down last week. Because I am that DETERMINED TO WIN!!! And whoever wins in the main event, know this...don't get too comfortable with that title, because you'll only be holding onto it for a measly couple weeks, I won't stop, I won't sleep, and I will end your careers for that title. I WILL FUKING END Y-

Before he can finish, Marcantel starts clenching at his chest and breathing heavily like he did after his match last week. He then gets on one knee while using the wall to hold himself up, groaning in pain.

*coughs* No....not now, this ain't stopping me from what I want. It's.....MY....TIME!!

Marcantel is then barely able to get back up on both feet and keep his balance as he walks out of frame.
