The Blame is On You

Harvey Hastings stood over Paul Divine with a look of disgust, shaking his head after flooring the Asian Sensation and ruining yet another dream match. He shook his head, hurling insults at the unconscious Divine before rolling out of the ring. He went over to the announce booth and took a microphone. Then, he rolled back into the ring, kneeling down before Divine once again.

Everyone here will be questioning... Why did I do this once again?

Well, I have a story to tell you Paul... A really personal story.

Harvey stood and looked around at the crowd.

Does anyone know why my son has been missing for over a month? Well, here is why!

He pointed at the titantron where a video began to play. It was security footage showing Stefan Hastings in the CMV Performance center, practicing some of his high flying techniques. However, when he prepared for another move, a figure ran up the stairs and pushed him off the turnbuckle.

The figure was wearing all black clothes, with a Japanese flag wrapped around their head like a mask.

The figure entered the ring while Stefan was down and began to kick at his ribs. The assault continued on and on, getting more vicious with each kick. After about ten straight strikes, the man began to punch Stefan in the face, going hard enough to draw blood.

However, the most damning part of the video happened. The assaulter pulled Stefan up to his feet and grabbed a hold of him. The crowd was shocked as the assailant hit Stefan with a Divine Intervention.

The video cut off with a shocked crowd.

You put my son into the emergency room, you bastard. My flesh and blood was hospitalized because of you... And has been for over a month... And I want to know why?

Is it revenge for what I did to you last year?

If it is... I'm going to make sure you will never get an ounce of closure, Paul. I will torture you to the ends of the Earth for what you did.

And the only man to be blamed for it is you, Paul.

Harvey threw the mic away and walked off. Leaving a still unconscious Divine in the ring.
