Spade: Ninety-seven...

The scene fades in to Jason Spade in his personal gym, lowering himself down for a pushup. He's clearly been at this for a while, as sweat is pouring down his face. A blown up poster featuring the match card for CMV Point Break can be seen on the wall behind him, Spade's match- a Triple Threat against Ozone and Zack Angel- is circled in blue marker.

Spade: Ninety-eight... Ninety-nine... Hun... Dred...

Spade grunts and lets himself drop and roll onto his back. One of his earbuds falls out and heavy metal music can be heard from it. Spade catches his breath and pulls himself to his feet, reaching into a nearby drawer. As he does, the drawer above it cracks open slightly, and a glint of something shiny catches his eye.

Spade opens the top drawer, and slowly pulls out... the NGCW Championship. He holds it in both hands, staring down at it and letting the memories flood back...

Dalton Crooks: ...Jason Spade is finally the NGCW Champion!

Spade places a hand on the face plate of the belt and puts it back in its drawer, before turning his attention to the poster on the wall.

Ozone: ...yet it's you who tries to prove himself to me.

Spade punches the wall, leaving a splotch of blood on the poster.

Jason: We'll see about that...
