How does having 2 women's titles on fusion affect how many men's titles the fusion roster can compete for? Or in fact the overall number of belts in CMV?

it doesn't. But there are normally at most 2 vixens matches per show. So to fit in TWO titles and however many feuds there are into just two matches a FORTNIGHT is too much. He needs to have them on both brands or just one belt

Neither. The Vixens Title being the only title gives it more prestige. Plus if they're only on Fusion, then we don't need another title.
