The Beginning of the End Pt. 1

That old yet familiar music hits the PA.  The crowed is on their feet cheering.  The arena is rumbling with excitement.  But, there is no excitement to be had.  Americas Sweet Heart walks out from the gorilla position her finger on her lips beckoning the crowed to silence while her music dies out.  She walks to the center of the stage and looks saddened, no pep in her step tonight.  She looks to the crowed as tears fill her eyes.  The fans go ghostly silent.  They have never seen the former champ like this before.  They begin to choke up with her.  Fighting back their own tears. She slowly lifts the mic to her mouth

Their are a lot of professionals who go out on top.  They know when to call it quits, leave with dignity and the respect from the fans.  After losing my championship I should have known that it was my final match.  I should have listened to my gut then.  I didn't however and felt that I had more in me.  I felt as if i could get back to the top.  The truth was, I couldn't.  And, like others before me, I kept pushing because of that desire to win.  I Didn't want to let you guys down, I didn't want to leave feeling like a failure.  I've come to realize that that was more damaging than just throwing in the towel when I should have.  My last few matches I've been not performing to my best ability, my most recent loss however was the one that made me sit backstage and re evaluate myself, re evaluate my life.  You know, its hard to leave something that you love so much, and leave the fans that i call family.  I could have left with my head held high and on top of the world, instead I let my ego take the better of me and now I leave as a failure.  For that I am truly sorry.  I am officially announcing my retirement from wrestling, and withdrawing my name from the QOTR Tournament.  I would give my spot to Quinn but, its not my place to pick my replacement.  I am truly sorry to the fans for my failures and not giving you my best these past months.  I can only ask for forgiveness and hope that in time you'll only remember the best that i had to offer.      

Jade drops the mic and thats when the water works really begin.  Divine could no longer hold back and she collapses on stage.



The Dream is seen walking out starting a clap and cheering for Jade in a rare showing from the greek god.  He makes it Jade and places a kiss on her head before raising her to her feet.  He then squats down and raises Jade onto his shoulders raising her high in the air, her tears still rolling down her cheeks.  Sam still clapping and getting the fans to their feet.  Thats when the chant begins

Jade begins to blow kisses to the fans who now have tears in their eyes,  the fans continue to chant as the screen fades and goes to commercial
