NXT Ep. 74 Card

Colin Styles got a cheeky win last week over Luke Brinton and DeThroned him as king of the opener, but tonight, he takes on the man who is the number one contender for the NXT Television Championship, Dave Skylark. Skylark will want to dismantle Styles as quick as possible to pick up some momentum heading into Redemption Road and his Title Match against Lorin Seoul.

Zack Starr could have been facing Bryan Novak at Redemption Road if it wasn't for the backstage attack by D'Angelo St. Daniels, however tonight Zack Starr will go one on one with the European Champion to find out what could have happened had he won that fatal four way match last week.

Last week, Waite won this opportunity by defeating four other men who have yet to win a title in NXT and tonight, all he has to do to get the one on one match that he deserves agains Bryan Novak is beat his opponent, but who will it be? Find out tonight, on NXT.

After last weeks main event, it looks as if we have a new tag team on our hands in the form of Eric Matthews and Richard Thunder, tonight we'll see how well they perform when they take on the current NXT Tag Team Champions, the Bringers of Despair, in tag team action.

Both of these men have huge matches at Redemption Road, Lorin Seoul will be looking to defend the NXT Television Championship in order to walk in to Season Two of NXT as the Television Champion, while Casey Reyes will be looking to get Redemption for his 6 month period on the sidelines when he goes one on one with the man who injured him, Kane, in a No Holds Barred Match.

Both of these men have been doing well lately, and both of these men need to continue doing well tonight, Willis will be looking to take down Jaymes Landon Vain for the second time in four days time proving it was not a fluke, while Chris Adams is staring death in the face as he goes one on one with the beast incarnate, Brock Lesnar. Nobody has ever needed momentum as much as Adams does tonight, but will he be able to beat the flying fat man?
