Compromise Speaks

After the match with Lexin Damjen, Compromise slides the downed Damjen out of the ring with both feet. Caldwell rolls into the ring clapping her hands in approval. She walks to the far side of the ring, closest to the time keepers area and motions for a microphone. Compromise pulls her mask back over her face as Sophia brings the microphone over to her prized enforcer. She places the mic in Compromises open hand and she lifts it to her covered mouth. A brief beat passes and Compromise gently opens her hand and the microphone falls to the canvas and bounces several time.

The crowd is confused. Compromise stands there for a moment and then slowly lifts her right arm and points to the titantron... The lights in the arena slowly dim until the only thing visible is the dim light coming from the tron. The crowd is rightfully uncomfortable. Then...

When the video finishes the lights in the arena illuminate the venue all at once, the audience immediately direct their attention back to the ring. But no one is there... The only thing that remains is the microphone that Compromise held for just a second. Just as quickly as they arrived, they had gone. And the crowd had nothing to say...
