So the other day i posted that all my logos disappeared but luckily i had uploaded my caws as RE-UPLOADABLE to CC so all was not lost.

I posted on 2K forum site, and today i had a notification

2KDev Team 8aIvvnT

Is that really 2KDev team or someone trolling me lol

Anyhoo. i replied stating what happened they replied with,...

Thanks for the extra information. So it sounds like there were problems right away after creating this CAS, if you were sometimes not seeing the logos in gameplay.

Do you know how many unique custom logos you applied to this CAS?
Do you remember the breakdown of the resolution of the logos?

When you say your logos were gone when trying to edit the video, do you mean that they weren't showing up in the Custom Logo option for the Logo Animation track in the Video Editor?

When this happened did you go an check the logos in Logo Manager to see if there were still listed as being there and local?

So i told them and they said.....

Thanks again for the help. It definitely sounds like the number of logos is a factor in this problem. Our QA group is using this information to test, find and isolate this problem so we can fix it.

I HIGHLY recommend everyone to upload there caws as RE-UPLOADABLE... and either download them on a 2nd account or get others to download it, just in case you lose your data, you wont lose your hours on all caws you created.... I got lucky, literally i saw on 2K site that people had issues with losing data, few hours later it happened to me..

update so was pming this guy....i asked him about replays only showing pinfalls...

he replied...

Hi,

Yes, we have seen reports of the replays only showing pinfalls and we are reviewing.

We are also working on improving the logo support on various parts in the game. Some parts were restricted to block other issues from occurring which we are working to fix.
