yea but people would still just get them illegally.

Much more difficult for people to get firearms illegally or off the dark web. Hell most of the American Public doesn't even know the Dark Web exists.

And the best way to deal with that is to actually get the fucking FBI and CIA off their asses and actually do something about it.

I actually heard a great argument as to why mental tests wouldn't work on a podcast a while back. Was really interesting I'd have to find it tho, pretty much it'd be too hard as to where you draw the line as to what is mentally unstable.
