Part of Omega's gimmick is that he's bisexual (though, it's unknown if he is Bi or Straight in non-Kayfabe). Plus, kissing might be considered taboo for Japanese people since:

1. Gay Marriage isn't legal in Japan (However, it's unknown if Homophobia is a thing in Japan).

2. Japan's culture is largely about respecting boundaries. This culture treats non-romantic/sexual relationships as business relationships. Bullet Club has always been about insulting Japan since they are technically a foreign heel stable over there.
