Wwe probably won't take action. They ain't Disney, they don't care really. Also back then most people thought transgender was a weird thing. A lot has progressed in 8 years, where lgbtq+ have more rights then ever. 

What action would you take if you are someone's boss, and you find out that one of your best employee tweeted about a topic that was weird and vocal majority of opinion felt the same way, that now is now discrimination, when it not when the "crime/allegation" happened. 

Put it this way, if buying beer in your county was legal yesterday, but today your county became a dry county, you can't be charged for a "crime/allegation" when it legal to do so.

This is also a 21/22 year old Johnny who still in college or something and has had little experience as an adult, and the way that society functions

Also, has freedom of speech, while yes bit contraversal now, it's still his opinion, and his freedom of speech. Freedom of speech applys to thoughts on religion to hate speech by KKK members. 

Finally, WWE just let a rascit back into the company, they don't care. This is no where close to that.

Here's my HOT take. That's not a joke, no where is there a punchline unless like, penis is the joke? So it IS a fucked up post. But it's from 8 years ago and after doing some research on this, the "outrage" over this tweet was from back in May, IDK if he commented on it but it's safe to say he's fine.
