Monday Night Fusion began with a shot of Harvey Hastings looking in the mirror, doing some stretches. His usual preparations and rituals, which helped him remain in such great shape despite his age.

Stefan came into frame, putting on his cap and jacket with a heavy look in his eyes.

Harvey

Losing sleep over being in the big time, son?

Stefan

I have to admit... It's an amazing experience. But I'll admit all the travelling has put a dent in me. Back when you were wrestling at home, you never had to go too far away... But here.

Harvey placed a hand on Stefan's shoulder.

Harvey

America is a big place, mein Sohn. You get use to it with time.

Stefan

At least the pay is worth it. But... I'm a bit nervous about this whole thing.

Harvey raised a brow.

Harvey

What is there to be nervous about? You've got a match against some man no one knows about. And you beat PJ Moon. Not even I could do that. So you go out there and do what I do.

Tear that man to pieces like a Schaf.

Stefan shrugged Harvey off, shaking his head a bit.

Stefan

I don't know. I don't want to do that. I just want to put on a great match and win.

Harvey blinked and sighed.

Harvey

Well, if that is what you want, then achieve it.

The only man stopping you is yourself. You just need to get in the right mind.

Stefan

Alright...

What about you then? You're going up against 4 other people.

Harvey smirked and shook his head.

Harvey

Moon will be easy. The only reason he won Sunday was because of luck. Marcantel has never amounted to anything in his time here. The only threat is his size, not his intelligence. Reed is a trickier target... But like Marcantel, he cannot amount to anything. Just a hint of pressure and he will break into pieces.

And then... Briggs....

Hastings cracked his knuckles.

Harvey

Get the better hand over me twice, you bastard?

Stefan turned and looked with a worried expression. Hastings took a moment and inhaled.

He slowly raised the hood over his head and walked out.
