A Dangerous Debut

The camera comes in to show a close up image of sand with the Gulf of California in the background. With a side view, we see a black wrestler boot step in the sand, a second slowly following. The camera slowly pans to a front shot, holding on the image for a few seconds.

The camera quickly pans out, showing a full body image of a man in a black and orange wrestling suit, along with a black and orange shorthair style cat mask. He poses, bringing both his arms elbow first to his hips. In less than a second, the camera shoots forward, focusing on his mask. Eyes closed, he quickly brings his arm forward, covering the bottom of his face with his forearm. His eyes shoot open, showing cat eye contacts, and the camera jumps back out once more, showing his abdomen up. He brings his arms down and puffs out his chest. We can see a plush mouse in his mouth, which he spits into the air and catches. With fangs painted onto his mouth, he laughs. Once he stops, he looks into the camera.

Una tierra se transformará…

The man speaks in a harsh yet slightly musical voice. Being completely in Spanish, subtitles appear at the bottom of the screen.

A land will be transformed, a Sparkplug’s current; stopped. A man walks the yellow road, looking for all the trouble he can. You want to dance with Danger? Well then... let’s get dangerous!

He screams to the sky, arms out. The camera quickly shoots back, showing a full body image once more. We can see more details, such as a yellow cat crossbone belt and an orange and black cat yin yang kneepad. His scream lasts for around five seconds. Once it stops, the camera shoots forward once more, and he looks into the camera like predator looks at prey.

Dante Tatum, he has a big match at Checkpoint… but he can’t wait for the action.

The man quickly shakes his heads back and forth.

No no no no no no no!

He stops, staring daggers once more.

Dante Tatum, he has a big match at Checkpoint… but he wants to fight right meow!

He looks to the sky, letting out a large chuckle.

I love it!

Dante Tatum, he has a big match at Checkpoint, a match against Seven Lee, but at NGW he will not face Seven Lee.

The man quickly shakes his heads back and forth.

No no no no no no no!

He stops, and pats his chest.

He faces the Danger Cat!

He springs his arms up, posing with every new sentence.

The fatal feline! The walking furry fury! The genial gato! The Danger Cat!

Danger Cat looks to the sky, letting out a roar. Once he stops, he brings his hand to his face, and with his eyes closed, he takes a moment to breath. We can see artificial claws on his fingernails.

Danger Cat’s eyes shoot open and he points directly to the camera.

A battle is upon us! A grand battle full of danger! It will be a beautiful disaster, a true catastrophe!

He spins around, digging his claws into his long black hair. He quietly mutters to himself.

Nyah digo, nyaah digo, nyaaah!

He slowly turns back, looking into the camera.

I will say it once more, because I do not like repeating myself…

Danger Cat breathes in deeply.

Dante Tatum… You want to dance with Danger? Well then, let’s get dangerous!

Danger Cat throws his plush mouse into the air and catches it in his mouth. Still staring into the camera, the scene fades to black.
