Match Card
Opening Match Up
Later on tonight, we'll be seeing Aiden McGregor taking up Blizzards open challenge for the NXT European Championship, so to kick off the show tonight, we'll be seeing the other half of the NXT Tag Team Champions taking on the NXT Champion, Brett Angel. Brett will be looking to walk out of Nightmare Before Twistmas as the NXT Champion, but he'll be firing someone in the process and they won't want to lay down easy.
European Championship Number One Contendership Match
We know Blizzard has been offering up open challenges on UnMatched shows, but tonight we'll find out who'll be taking on Blizzard at Nightmare Before Twistmas, will one half of the former NXT Tag Team Champions will be performing double duty, or perhaps Zack Starr will get towards his second Championship here in CMV.
Qualification Match
With all of the votes tied between these three Vixens on last weeks episode of NXT UnMatched, tonight we'll find out which of these Vixens will be joining the gauntlet in four days time for the NXT Womens Championship.
European Championship Match
As the NXT Tag Team Champions were the first to answer the beckoning of Blizzard and his open challenge, Aiden McGregor will be the first person to take part in Blizzards 30 day open challenge. If his brother Brayden is able to beat the NXT Champion Brett Angel in the opener, he'll be the next person to answer the call, if he fails he'll move to the back of the line.
Singles Action
The first time we ever saw Eric Matthews and D'Angelo St. Daniels go at it was 360 days ago to the day, Nightmare Before Twistmas, we saw the passing of the torch as you would as the former two time NXT Champion would lose to D'Angelo St. Daniels in his Pay Per View debut, now, almost a year later, they are both Two Time NXT Champions, who will walk into the new year on top?
Tag Team Action
In tonights Co-Main Event we'll see the two Champions within the Vixens Division take on their challengers at Nightmare Before Twistmas, with Dawn Bryan cashing in her rematch clause on Sophia Caldwell and Dirty Diana kicking off the Gauntlet against Jade Dynamite, who will walk into Nightmare Before Twistmas with extra momentum.
Main Event
All six of these men go into this match knowing that if they win, they get to main event one of NXT's big four Pay Per Views, however that reward comes with a price, because if they lose to Brett Angel in the Main Event of Nightmare Before Twistmas, they lose their careers, look what happened to Boso last year, but who will join Angel in the Main Event? Find out tonight.
