Clouded Thoughts

*Richard Jelani lays in his bed and is tossing and turning and thinks about the words said by the SnS Connection “Richard Jelani! You barely had your opportunity in the spotlight, considering all eyes were on you when you made your debut, only for them to instantly shift to Dante Tatum and Ashley Rayne. Where you are now, you’re just going to be forgotten by time. You need to take your life in your own hands, but you can’t do that if your career ends here, so take the fall.” Richard also thinks about how close he has gotten with Chain Reaction, how he felt when Ashley joined and now him being conflicted, he sits up in his bed*

Richard Jelani: God why do I have to be so wrapped up in my own stuff. Shay and Slate trying to get in my head, I can't get Rayne out of my head man. Why can't I stop thinking about her? Even when I truly despised her she never occupied my mind like this before. ..

*Richard wipes his face with his hands and sighs*

Richard Jelani: I don't like her...I don't like her. I just can't get her out of my head. God ever since I saw her the first time in that Chain Reaction locker room I just can't seem to lose her face out of my head, still looking as confident and cute as the day I saw her in that locker room.

*Richard pauses for a moment*

Richard Jelani: NO! I didn't mean to call her cute, I mean just....ah forget it. I just want to sleep man. I don't have feelings for her.

*He looks across the room and sees his chain reaction jacket draped across the chair*

Richard Jelani: See The Light eh? The light looks pretty bleak...God why did it have to be me?

*Jelani covers himself and goes to bed*
