A New Beginning

Raging Rick is seen backstage, upset he didn't win his last match on Unmatched. Unlike his girlfriend Fury, Raging Rick didn't often destroy refs or destroy equipment. He just paced around a lot and wanted to rip someone apart. Thankfully, Fury was key to tempering his more murderous impulses. Without her, he'd go back to the man he was and then no one would be safe.

"Shit Fury! I'm in a slump! I won't sugar coat it! It's a slump! My first match!? A fluke! Sure I get all this praise for putting on these great matches, but what's point in that when I can't get a win!?"

Fury was the voice of reason and would speak when the time was right. For now, she'd just let her man rant and rave for the moment. She wasn't in any danger after all.

"And that William Rage! What the hell happened to him!? I thought we were gonna be this big badass team and light the tag division on fire! I dunno gal! It might have been a mistake coming here. Maybe I don't got what it takes anymore."

Then came the sound of the door opening and man stepped inside Raging Rick's locker room. A man that neither Fury nor Rick had ever met before.

(Open to Maurie and Fury)

For once it wasn’t Fury that was pissed off because of a loss, It was clear that losing two matches in a row was effecting her mans confidence in his wrestling abilities. At the moment she would let Rick rant . She knew what he was feeling hell she was in a similar situation.

“Your first match wasn’t a fluke, you beat Chris Adams. Gerald Foster? He was a fluke, he was disparate to get a win so he would had a small margin of a chance against Brock Lesnar. And that fatal four way, technically you didn’t lose. You weren’t the one that got pinned.”

Fury let that sink in for a moment before continuing.

“William Rage got blindsided by Tops Newsome, who knows if he’s coming back. If he couldn’t defend himself from a busted open Tops then maybe he isn’t worth teaming up with. But don’t you dare say you haven’t got what it takes anymore boyo, I know you still got it....”

She was cut off when a new guy walked in, Fury shooting this stranger a ‘you got the wrong locker room’ glare. Then the guy actually introduced himself as Bucky Hunter and offered to be a tag partner. At first Fury looked at him before speaking up before Rick could.

“Animal hunter and archery specialist means nothing here Buddy, You think you could tag team what can you bring to the table!?”

(Open to UFF or Maurie)

Raging Rick smiles and took a few steps up to Bucky Hunter nose to nose. He looks into his eyes and said. "I am Rage. You'll do well to remember that." Rick then backs away and took another good look at Bucky and nods.

"Ok man, we'll give this alliance a try. We'll need a name and vicious tag finish. I look forward to our hunt for the tag team gold!" Rick then shakes Bucky's hand and added, "I dig your duds buddy. We need to shop sometime!"

And so a new alliance was forged between Raging Rick, Fury, and Bucky Hunter. Whether they'd succeed or fail in their quest of tag team dominance would remain to be seen.

(Open to Maurie and Fury)

*Shortly after NXT opens with it's pyro, Raging Rick and his gal Fury are heading down the ramp and into the ring. Fury was quick to get her man a mic. He had a lot on his mind and needed to vent and it was probably obvious what he going to talk about.*

"If you fans would settle down for a moment, I'd like to get something off my chest. Zack Starr! You must be the biggest pussy I've meet in my entire life! You didn't have the fucking balls to face me man to man, eye to eye, one on one. Oh no! You had to attack me from behind like the little chicken shit you are just so you'd have your little 15 minutes of fame!"

*Everybody like it or hate it, knew now that Raging Rick was not PG. Hell, he was damn near NC-17 rated. But he was understandably angry and frustrated. His run in NXT was less than distinguished at the moment and already he was being bullied and taken advantage of. He wasn't gonna stand for it and would be quick to meet those would be challengers.*

"Tonight, I'll get a piece of you Zack but only a piece. I'd love to rip your head off and use it for a bowling ball but you got a tag partner to hide behind! So it won't go that far. I promise you this you little shitstain, if I ever get my hands on you one on one, I'll take liberties with you in that ring and will make it my priority to hurt you and hurt you bad!"

*Raging Rick then hands the mic to his woman just in case she had anything to add to the Raging One's wrath and venom he just spewed into the NXT Universe.*

Shorty after the Fatal 4 Way Match...

Raging Rick Lewis just shook his head in disbelief. "What the hell was that!?" He lost his chance to face Zack Starr for some much needed payback, but that was fine. Sooner or later, he'd get some measure of revenge on Starr for that ambush several weeks back. As the other three competitors left the ring, Raging Rick stayed behind in the middle of the ring, mic in hand.

"Fury. I know you're back there. I know you wanted to come to ringside but couldn't. But I'd like for you come down here now. There's something I've been meaning to ask you for a long while now. We've both been through a lot and after what the Unholy Alliance have done to you, wanna make sure that something like that will never ever happen again."

And so Raging Rick waited for his manager and current vixen's champion Fury to join him in the middle of the ring. Whatever this announcement was, it was huge and could have some big ramifications to be felt in CMV for years to come.

Fury had been watching the Fatal 4 Way backstage, that was a cheap pin by Brairwood on Reed, but at least her man wasn’t the one pinned in the match. Luckily for the Ref Fury was still getting over nearly getting sacrificed to a demon by FEAR so she wasn’t quite up to beating the shit outta him.

But Fury was in a piss poor mood thanks to a tweet during the match by an old nemesis of hers, that Bitch Suey was here and had signed on to NXT, and was now taunting her. Lucky for that old bitch Fury was only here as a manager for Raging Rick, so they won’t be wrestling since Fury did have a restraining order against her.

Needing to calm down the Urban Warrior grabbed a can of root beer, popped the top and downed it in one. She had tossed the empty can into a bin when she heard Rick on the mic in the ring calling for her to come on down.

It took a few moments but she soon appeared at the top of the ramp in her street clothes, a few bandages peaking out that were covering what most people believed were knife marks from FEAR instead of the clawmarks his demon master made. Fury was still in a bit of pain from the damage Jade Divine did to her ribs at Home Coming but she didn’t let that show as she strode down to the ring, climbing up the steel steps before slipping in between the ropes.

She wasn’t sure what her man wanted to say to her, “Well the ref is nowhere in sight, So i doubt you called me down to kick the living shit outta him as much as that would make me feel better”

"I've thought of something better." said Lewis with a sly smile and took Fury's hand and drops to one knee.

There was lots of gasps from the crowd as they knew what was coming. A classic proposal was on it's way. Raging Rick unveiled an impressive wedding ring and offered it to his Lady Lisa. This was the last thing she was expecting, but welcome from the looks of things. Hell, they've already felt married for a couple years now. Why not make it official?

"Lady Lisa? Will you marry me?" It was a short and sweet question and a new nick name for Fury was coined that day. It would stick during her NXT run. Lewis waited for her answer but he already had a feeling on what her answer would be...

(It's not official yet, but Lisa and I have talked about it. This is just a nice way to explore a fantasy before we make it real in about 2 years. Might as well have our main characters loosely based on us tie the knot first.)

Now Fury was surprised and wasn’t expecting Rick to propose to her in the middle of a ring like this, she for once was speechless as he took her hand and dropped down on one knee. It must have been a shock to the fans seeing the usually loud mouthed Vixens Champion lost for words.

It proberly amused Rick to no end seeing his gal blush as he reviled a impressive wedding ring and asked her to marry him. After all the two had been through there was clearly only one answer.

“Do you really have to ask Boyo, Hells Yeah!”
