General manager of Thursday night Genesis, Dave Turner, shakes his head, letting out an almost defeated sigh. His assistant nods her head, then proceeding to tell him that he's failed to show up to the arena for the second straight week.

Turner
Ha ha, this guy, the balls on this damn guy, wow.

Dave lets her go, then sitting down behind his desk, he pulls out his personal cellphone from one of the drawers.

Turner
He wants to act like a big man, okay, I'll play his game, I'll do things his way.

He sifts through his phone for about ten seconds or so before landing on the number he's searching for. He presses dial and waits for the other end to pick-up.

Turner
Yeah, he wants to mess with me, mess with Genesis? That's a big mistake, I'm not Kane, I'm not Laura, no, no, we'll play by his rules then.

The other end answers, "hello?"

Turner
Yeah, it's Dave- yep, yep. It's about Brett, Brett Angel, yes. I want him struck from the books at Cause & Effect and freeze his checks too. No payday for the big man, not until he learns his place around here and actually starts doing his damn job. Yep, okay, thanks Rick, I appreciate it, pal, tell Sarah I said hi, ha ha, yeah, see you around.

Dave sits back in his chair, a look of satisfaction on his face as he lets out a more pleasant sigh. Then he notices a figure standing in his doorway, simply watching him, silent.

Oh . . . Ugh, can I help you with something?

The mystery man steps forward, giving Dave a better look at his face.

Turner
Ah, it's you . . .

The man crosses his arms, nodding his head.
