Midway through UnMatched, the attention of the crowd turns towards the titantron as it flickers on, revealing the Interim UnMatched General Manager Johnny Sampson, sitting behind his desk looking directly at the camera. He takes a puff from a nearby cigar before he begins to talk.

Johnny Sampson:
Welcome ladies and gentlemen to UnMatched! I do hope you've been enjoying the show thus far. But I'm interrupting with a message, regarding the men's 30 man Royal Rumble match. You see when I initially took control of Intensity it was the land of opportunity. It's been some time, we've had our ups and downs. But tonight I come to you all with an announcement. An Opportunity. And I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

At the upcoming Pay Per View. No Remorse, there will be an elimination sick pack challenge. What is the prize for the victory? #30 inside the Royal Rumble match. On paper, the best possible spot to win the Royal Rumble match, the chance to come out last, to come out after all twenty nine other participants. The chance to be the freshest in the ring. The chance to MAIN EVENT iMPLOSION.

One of these men are already confirmed. D.J. Law, for winning the 8 man Battle Royal at Showdown. The remaining five will be determined over the next two weeks. Including tonight's show. Leo Cruz will go one on one with Origen and 10|EL will face Marty Michales. Which leaves three remaining qualifiers for next week.

Johnny Sampson picks up the cigar once more and rotates in his chair, facing away from the camera as the segment comes to a close leading us back to the show.
