As Fusion continues, we see Schmidty standing backstage with CMV Interviewer, Sam Cohen.

Schmidty nods at him as he continues.

So last week we seen you get outnumbered once again by Global Offensive but when things seemed bleak, it was Paul Divine who made the save. What are your thoughts that the man you spent most of last season fighting, will be your tag team partner at Final Stand?

Schmidty smiles.

Well you see, it doesn't matter what our history is. We have a common enemy out there. These guys have been roaming around these halls like they own the place. I know, ironic that i'd be complaining about that. But they made the mistake of messing with the wrong guys. Paul and I beat the shit outta each other last season. We know how the other works. We know each other so well so you put us on the same team with that kind of connection, Global Offensive doesn't stand a chance. They'll regret ever trying to put me out on the shelf. They'll regret costing Paul his title match. They'll tuck their tails and run, never to mess with us again after Final Stand and that's a promise.

Sam Cohen
So you're pretty confident you guys can work together? Do you consider Paul a friend?

Before Schmidty can answer, Paul Divine enters the shot.

Paul Divine
We're not friends.....

He looks Schmidty up and down before continuing.

Paul Divine
Listen, tonight, don't get in my way. Same goes for Final Stand. I don't like you, never have. You've screwed me over before so I have no reason to trust you but I need a partner in this fight. You so happen to be one of their victims. So we get our vengeance and move on, simple as that.

Schmidty smiles and shrugs as Paul walks off.

Fair enough.

And with that, the shot fades.
