Who Will Be #1 Contender?

Following the debut episode of CMV Octane, we're taken backstage where Jason Spade is sat on a supply crate with an ice pack on his shoulder, Madison Wright is rubbing his opposite shoulder and whispering something in his ear when the two of them are interrupted by a steaming mad Josh Wolf.

Wolf

Hey! Maddie! I don't give a damn what just happened in the ring, I beat Blake Virtue clean as a whistle at Revamp and I deserve a shot at the Global championship!

Before Madison gets a chance to respond, Wolf is bumped from behind by Adam Valentine who scoffs at the thought.

Valentine

As if! I just pinned you in the middle of the ring, if anyone should get a shot at Blake Virtue, it's me!

The two share an intense stare down but after only a few seconds they're pushed apart by Kwame Bullet who is flanked by the terrifying Rooga.

Bullet

There's only one rightful number one contender for the Global championship! And it's me, Canada's Favorite Son!

A laugh is heard off screen, prompting everyone to look over and see Troy Colt leaned against the wall, Chloe Marx by his side.

Colt

Now THAT'S a good joke, buddy, you got lucky earlier tonight but everyone knows that I should be the one getting a match with Blake Virtue, let's be real!

Everyone begins to argue and Jason Spade leans over to say something to Madison when he's attacked from behind by Jay Young! The International champion gets a few shots off but is quickly pulled away by Kwame Bullet and Rooga as Madison steps between them once again and stomps her foot, telling everyone to shut up and calm down!

Now, if you will all just relax for a second, I have an idea. Each of you thinks you should be the number one contender? Prove it then! Next week on Octane, it'll be Josh Wolf versus Jay Young versus Kwame Bullet versus Jason Spade versus Troy Colt versus Adam Valentine in a six-pack challenge match and the winner will face Blake Virtue for the Global championship at Point Break! Got it? Yes? Okay? Great, now go home!

A frustrated Madison helps up Jason Spade and the two walk away, leaving everyone else to slowly disperse and as they do, we see Blake Virtue watching on from down the hall, the Global championship over his shoulder.
