So

Dashing just went to the gym for the first time in his life

I mean a REAL gym, not like the highschool PE class gym type thing, an ACTUAL gym

I've been eating healthy for about a month now, maybe lost a few pounds, but I said "what would Borton do?"

Then I knew, I signed up for my local gym, LA Fitness, I went for the first time today

GREAT!

Well, I nearly fainted after the treadmill, my ribs I'm almost certain are broken following this ab crunch thing and I can't feel my legs after 10 mins on the stair master

I'm fat RIP

BUT, the point is, I FEEL awesome! I believe in myself and I hope that you guys believe in me as well. I'm getting in shape, not just for me or my family, but for you guys, so that I can ditch all of my OCDs and other weird personal stupid things and make CMV as good as it possibly can be.

Maybe when I'm a big muscle man with muscles I'll get a camera so that you can see my sexy face and maybe touch yourself it's your life?

Most of you also know exactly how passionate I am for wrasstling and that I want to be a big time indy star bubba and not a fatter fat Samoa Joe.

It'll be a long road, last time I was weighed was like six months ago at the doctors and I was like 320lbs, no bueno.

But I'm not giving up, not this time, nah, my fat's time is up, big muscle man Sgt. Urie's time is now!

I'm even going back tonight, was only there for about 40 minutes today.

I don't know, sorry if this post was cringy for some of you, but I'm excited about this, and wanna share it with my second family <3

Well, I'm on a no something diet, idk, my mother sets it up to help. I have this shake supplement in the morning as breakfast, same for lunch plus a bit of fruit and one energy bar a day, then for dinner it's either baked chicken or salmon with brocolli and salsa.

Pls describe your daily eating habits in great detail Krzy <3

I'm not fat but I hit the olyptical for 15 minutes on resistance 10 to start out each work out. So I sort of eat what I want except for straight up sugary snacks and soda. Is your gym 24 hours

Are you my personal trainer now?

Went back, did 22 mins on stair master and 10 mins on the treadmill, I can confirm that I'm near death.

It is 24 hour, but I can only go when my mom does since I don't have my license yet, but that's about 3-4 times a week. Getting a treadmill for home as well for when she's working, only 200$ on sale, GG me.
