Rage! Rage! Rage!

Backstage, alone in the locker room, sits Ashley Riot. On this, the celebration of 1000 episodes of CMV, the Deathmatch Princess has been sidelined. Ashley sits in a steel chair, eyes glued to the monitor in front of her, a kendo stick in hand.

Tap.

Periodically, Ashley taps the tip of the kendo stick on the floor, her teeth noticeably gritting under her closed mouth. She watches Kate Stronghart, Ashley Rayne, and Violet Evans pick up a win and a noticeable scowl crosses her face.

Tap. Tap.

Later on, as Isabella Almas takes a win over Gianna di Natale, the tapping intensifies.

Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap.

Aftershock rolls around, and Ashley watches as the CHN-POL connection takes a loss, and the sight of Riley van Wilson incites another round of tapping.

Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap. SNAP.

Ashley presses the tip of the kendo stick so hard into the floor that it snaps in half. Ashley tosses it aside into a nearby pile of similarly broken kendo sticks, before pausing the monitor on a close up of Shou Rong. Ashley stands, takes a deep breath, and smiles, before turning away and leaving, as the camera zooms in on the paused image of Shou Rong.
