As we celebrate 200 episodes of CMV here tonight on Fusion, it's going to be a non-stop thrill ride from start to finish and we ain't kicking it off slow! It'll be a battle of the Japanese born Vixens, pitting the ruthless Aura against a still recuperating Jade Divine, in what is sure to be a hellacious tables match!
In our first of three title matches here tonight, the Light Heavyweight title will be decided between the current holder, Andrew Briggs, and a former champion in The REAL #1 Bubba, Shanaz Andoni! Will Briggs release this darker side of him that we've been hearing about, or will it be Andoni who proves that he doesn't need Chet Taylor to succeed here in CMV?
Quick to initiate his rematch clause after just losing the belt 24 hours ago, Jimmaurie Williams is on the hunt to do what he came SO close to doing last night, and that's beat the newest X-Gen member, Ryan Kent!
After swiftly disposing of longtime foe, Tim LaFave, last night at Home Coming, CMV Undisputed champion, Randy Borton, is looking to kickoff the new year with a big win over the NXT legend, Bryan Novak!
Now at 4-0 and with the lead firmly in his grasp, JustIN Sane can taste that Undisputed championship match coming his way. But he's not done yet, with still three matches to go, The Unpredictable One could very easily lose his lead, which is exactly what Ringo Maxx has in mind here tonight!
For the final two spots in the Vixens mini Royal Rumble match at Absolution, the team of Morgan Black and Alexia Stroud will go toe to toe with Danielle Ward and an unnamed partner!
X-Gen is back! After taking over Home Coming last night with various assaults and even Sushi-X himself tracking down where Triple H was hiding and sending him a very clear message, the legendary duo will seek to put down certainly their biggest threat in The Coalition here tonight. But the Anarchy champion, Jacob Ziegler, and the leader of this offensive himself, Xander Slate, will no doubt try to dismantle this reunion before it even really begins!
As promised, T & Lee will put their coveted World Tag Team titles on the line in tonight's main event, against the on fire pairing of Bob Storm and Furious Frank! But with LaFave certainly still reeling following his loss to Randy Borton last night, coupled with the news that he and Lee are joining the reborn X-Gen, that may just be a promise that they soon live to regret . . .
