Abraham Beef vs Nathan Willis
Nathan Willis is looking to pick up some much needed momentum tonight after going out in the first round match-ups in the King of the Ring Tournament at NXTreme. In the opening contest of NXT Episode 38 he goes up against Abraham Beef, a man who has been struggling to make it onto the card for a long time. Both men are yet to have a match booked at Climb 2 Fame and with two spots opening in the number one contendership ladder match, they'll be looking to put on an impressive performance showing they are championship material.

Dave Skylark vs Lorin Seoul
The NXT Television Champion is still unaware of who he is to be facing at Climb 2 Fame in just under two weeks time, and so he'll be looking to pick up as much momentum as possible heading into his first title defense. Tonight he goes up against one of the most technically sound superstars on the NXT roster to date. With only one loss to his name, Skykark will be looking to pull off the upset victory and beat the NEW Television Champion thus earning him a spot at the Climb 2 Fame Pay Per View.

Third Match
American Justice vs Son Of Sheik
Son of Sheik may have lost the NXT Championship at NXTreme but he still has his rematch clause and he'll be looking to make the most of it at Climb 2 Fame in a ladder match. However, Tonight will not be easy for the former NXT Champion, he goes up against arguably the most dominant Superstar in NXT history, American Justice. Who, has been acting very strange as of late, we've seen a side of Justice that we've never seen before. Will the former NXT Champion be able to handle this new side of Justice or will he crumble in the dreaded Torture Rack?

Co-Main Event
Brett Angel vs Eric Matthews
In a first time matchup for the ages, the NXT Champion Eric Matthews goes up against the former pro boxer, Brett Angel, who's only been pinned once so far in his NXT career. Both of these men have big matches in under two weeks at Climb 2 Fame, both in stipulations they've never been in before, ladder matches. This match will be a crucial one for both competitors involved, who will come out on top.. in tonight's Co-Main Event?

MAIN EVENT
Casey Reyes vs JustIN Sane
It was a month ago today when The Authority turned their backs on the former two time NXT Champion Justin Sane, and replaced him with the upstart Jaymes Landon Vain. In tonight's Main Event two former stable-mates Justin Sane and Casey Reyes will clash, as always Kane will be apparent at ringside which should be a very important factor which will evidently stack the odds against Justin Sane, something that he is not used to, after having Kane in his corner for months, tonight he will feel what it's like to have the Devils Favourite Demon in the opposite corner.
