Some people enjoy music and find it actually hard to not sing becasue it's a challenge. Also if you don't have every song memorized lyric for lyric from hearing it on the menu screen for months you most likely just don't like music.

If someone has the tendency to sing alot or even bob their head they're most likely gonna do it more by accident then just saying forget it and singing. It's usually a duration thing when people forget it's a challenge midway into it.
