CMV UnMatched Card: Ep. 39 (#233)

We kick off the show with some singles action, Phillip Melick, a new look and a new lease on life looks to kick off the show tonight with a big win as the straight edge former United States Marine looks to pick up a win as he looks to climb up the card and turn his career around as we get closer and closer to the show of shows, now less than three months away.

Much like Phillip Melick, Lance Barker has been struggling for momentum as of late and is looking for one of the biggest wins in his short career so far as he looks to take on and hopefully beat a former top contender for the CMV World Championship Byron Elliot here tonight.

Tonight, Leo Cruz and Marcus Akane make their debut as a tag team, dubbed "Mexitan" and they take on one of the most overlooked teams in The Division, with multiple wins over the former Champions, The New Orient Express. The Reed Brothers are certainly no pushovers, but would certainly be a huge win for Akane and Cruz to kick off their tag team career here tonight.

In our fourth match of the night two absolute Behemoths collide in singles action. Both Kurse and Marko Punish have done exceptionally well over the past few months, with Marko picking up wins over both the former World Champion and the current World Champion while Kurse has only been pinned once during his time in CMV, tonight one of these two men will see their momentum come crashing to a halt, but will it be Marko, or Kurse who prevails.

Another week goes by and another challenge is presented in the way of D'Angelo St. Daniels, he's gone through the likes of Rick and Kurasuke, and tonight The Gate City God steps across the ring from the other half of The R n' L Express as Larry returns to action as he looks to stop DSD here tonight. It won't be easy though, D'Angelo is hungry, he is driven for his rematch with Cyborg and will do whatever it takes.

In tonights Co-Main Event, we see some more tag team action as Trey Diamond looks to get his hands on Solomon Glock, the mad he's been calling out for weeks, believing Glock is nowhere nears as good as he's made out to be and he's looking to suplex the truth out of him, however he's not alone tonight, as he'll have to work together with the man he beat at the top of the month, the current Number One Contender for the CMV World Championship as they take on Solomon Glock and the current CMV World Champion and last weeks Superstar of the week, Chris Adams in the Co-Main Event tonight.

After last weeks Main Event in which Parker lost to Chris Adams, the CMV Brass are not happy with the European Champions performances and tonight Parker looks to make his first defense of his European Championship and not only retain his Title, but his spot on the Takeover card against Solomon Glock. Parker will need a miracle tonight to put down Jon Richards who's only career loss is against Chris Adams. We know Richards is in with the CMV Brass, so could there be some foul play here tonight?
