Aftermath

As CMV returns after the co-main event, the camera focuses on Mr. Dashing who is sitting comfortably behind the announce table with his cowboy hat and Mountain Dew.

Mr. Dashing
Ladies and gentlemen about an hour ago Nick Bunn was defeated by Kaiva after a strange man came out and stood ringside. Several minutes into the match, Nick looked like he had the International Champion against the ropes but unfortunately the presence of that strange person caused Nick to falter. After the match however a shocking event took place...

Genesis' logo sweeps across the shot and clips of what happened in the middle of the show.

Ladies and gentlemen... I'm not... sure if Nick Bunn is okay... He hasn't moved since Kaiva left.

The crowd begin to chant "Against-All-Odds" repeatedly to rally Nicholas but to no avail. The cameramen climb into the ring and zoom into the face Nick whose eyes are wide.

Mr. Dashing
Look, Nick is awake. He is awake, but he's not moving. He may be concussed.

With that, CMV medical staff rush the arena, behind them are several EMTs with stretcher in tow. The staff push aside the camera crew. They shine their small pen light into the eyes of the Rookie but no retinal movement is seen. The head doctor waves in the EMT standing outside to bring in the gurney and they slide it in and join the doctors as well.

It appears... It appears that Nick is unresponsive. Something's wrong. This is always a very tough sight to witness. We'll update you on Bunn's condition... And hopefully... He's okay...

Nick is placed on the board and a neck brace is placed on him. The CMV doctor lifts up the bottom rope with the help of the nurse and the EMT's slide Bunn out of the ring carefully. The crowd is deathly silent as they watch Nick being gingerly carried, not up the ramp, but to the parking lot through the opening on the right side of the stage.

The Genesis logo, sweeps across once more.

Suffice it to say, the CMV Universe was rattled by the disturbing images of Nick being awake but unresponsive. Kaiva has not been named responsible for what happened to Nick after their match but more so the fan who remained ringside.
During the previous match, Nick made a tweet to confirm he's alright shortly after the co-main event began.

Nick also wishes the fans not to worry and hopes they'll enjoy the remainder of Genesis and likewise we wish Nick well and hope he feels better soon.

Just as Mr. Dashing finishes the theme song of Sean Silva hits and the Main Event begins...
