WWE 2K18 Discussion Thread

It's time again to get hyped about a game that will delete all of your hard work a few months in only for you to put more work in, for it to of course be taken away... Again.

So far all we know is that there will be a WWE thing at E3 on Thursday(Murica), Friday(Australia). During this event the cover or hopefully a trailer will probably be released. Speculation says Seth Rollins will be on the cover which is neat. To go with this I have information from a source I follow on twitter who has an insider in 2K.  Which sounds dumb, but he was right about a number of things for 2K17 like there being no showcase, and Brock being on the cover, as well as new scans and moves being included. His twitter handle is @xKingMoex but the account is locked

So far he has let out the following information: (A lot of these may be expected)

- There will be a special/collectors edition this year. 2K started working with WWE about one a few weeks ago, will be exclusive focused
- Braun Strowman has had a good amount of new mo-cap's done for him, one of the most updated at the moment
- Emma, Mickie James, Jericho, and Charlotte all have updated trons
- Ember Moon, Mickie James, Peyton Royce and Billie Kay have been scanned
- A few new first names  and surnames have been added to CAW mode
- A new tailored draft system is in universe mode
- Women's roster will likely be the the biggest ever once roster is done
- At the moment the backstage area is updated \w new objects, NPC's & environmental grapples
- 205 Live is in as a standard arena
- Rhyno is in and has a full body scan
- Character models will still be used as renders in-game
- Andrade Cien Almas has been scanned
- Tamina has been re-scanned
- Majority of the Cruiserweights are on-disc characters
- New mo-capped Entrances or Finishers for Nikki, Rollins, Braun & more
- Promo engine has been updated, new promo types & dialogue for specific traits
- Neville has been re-scanned
- Same engine for graphics atm, upgrades to arena lighting & body textures for in-game/CAS models.
- Bobby Roode has been scanned and has mo-caped moves/entrance motions
- Extensive hours of new dialogue in-general was worked on early, will be reflected across all main modes

Just saying, but most, if not all of these are pretty predictable things, doesn't mean he's an insider. OF COURSE, they've been scanned. WHY WOULDN'T 205 live be an arena, 100% they're recording new dialogue and adding more promo shit. Only Paige is gone from the last game, so if they're adding NXT Women OF COURSE it's going to be the biggest ever.
