Adam Cole reportedly signed to NXT

Word has went around that Adam Cole has signed a contract with WWE and has been signed to developmental territory brand NXT, whilst training at the Performance Center. According to various sources, Cole is expected to be in Brooklyn for Summerslam Weekend.
A few questions are raised here:
Will Adam appear in some capacity at TakeOver: Brooklyn III?
If so, will he just be at ringside, or will he get involved in a match/segment?
One more thing....
How in the HELL are CFO$ supposed to top his ROH theme?
