Gerhard Fischer slowly stood down from the turnbuckle after winning with Troy Meyers against Harvey Hastings and Shiloh Gray. He pointed at Troy, telling to leave the ring before grabbing a microphone set on the side of the ring. He popped his neck and dragged Harvey into the center of the ring, chuckling softly as he kneeled down.

He slowly raised the microphone up.

Fischer: You know... I've been very merciful to you Harvey... I've only caused you to lose matches... Nothing horrible, right? However, I've finally made my decision... I no longer want to show mercy...

Harvey was breathing heavily, still unconcious from the endeavor he faced. Gerhard shook his head, standing up and looking as the crowd booed him on. He slowly looked down at his former friend and smiled softly.

Fischer: Harvey... The stipulation I choose for our match at Battle Scars will be a Hell In A Cell match!

The fans cried out at the stipulation as Gerhard tossed the microphone out of the ring. He slowly rolled out of the ring as Hasting began to regain conciousness.
