So I was watching last nights RAW (suck it, Dash-Dash) and Neville takes a massive belly-to-belly on the outside from Rusev.

I know the mats on the outside aren't the thickest and are probably less comfortable than the canvas in the ring. So I assume there's only so little you can do to brace yourself for the impact from such a fall. So, like, what's the secret? Is it a straight up "Ice your back after the match" kind of spot or is there a secret to make it less painful?
