Someone said it's an actual angle IE Ciampa doesn't want anyone playing as him so he told 2k to not put him in which would be amazing

Years ago Mick Foley complained about the amount he was offered for his likeness — I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case for some of the legends here.

Ciampa not actually being in the game does put a sour taste in my mouth. It’s a bold fuckin heel move and it pisses me off that it’s working on me.
