THE UNDISPUTED FUTURE

WHAT IS UP GUYS! And welcome to yet another edition to Monday Night Fusion! Tonight is special. It's the show after Andrew Briggs FINALLY won the Undisputed Championship! He's finally on top and Ted Dickens, even though I don't like the guy, has graciously set up a celebration for our champion to start things off.

As Dashing finishes up, two unknown men show up on the stage where a microphone and a piano are set up.

Mr. Dashing
It is my understanding that Ted Dickens has hired a popular local singer to play Brigg's theme tonight.

The man clears his throat into the mic before beginning the song.



As he finishes up, the lights shut off before dramatically coming on in blinking fashion as the PA System lights up with...



As the NEW Undisputed Champion walks out on stage, Ted walks out in front of him, gets on his knees and bows to him as if he's a god. Because in his eyes, he is.

Ladies and Gentlemen, our NEW Undisputed Champion!

Briggs holds the belt high above his head, with a huge smile on his face, very much enjoying the praise he's receiving. However, Ted's not done showing him how great he truly is. Before Andrew even steps off the stage. Certain fans all wearing Andrew Briggs T Shirts all jump the barricade and stand on the side of the ramp way. In an instant, they too all drop to their knees and bow.

My goodness.

And with that, Briggs finally makes his way down the ramp, all these men bowing to him, making the scene look surreal and fitting for a man of his caliber. Until finally he makes it to the ring. He comes to the steps but Ted stops him and points to the front of the apron where three strongman midget acrobats show up and get on all fours to form steps to the apron. One in front and two perfectly balanced in the back. Briggs is hesitant at first but he sees the effort Ted has put in to make this the greatest moment of his life so he go forward and climbs up the uniquely formed steps and makes it into the ring where he is not joined by Ted who instead pulls a microphone from his jacket and speaks to him on the outside.

Ladies and Gentlemen, BASK IN THE GLORY THAT IS THE UNDISPUTED CHAMPION, AAAAAANDREEEEEW BRIGGS!!!

And with that, a single spot light shines down on him with the belt propped on his shoulder. The ring area now clear of everyone but Briggs and Ted but the entire arena join the humble advocate of Briggs by clapping and cheering.

YOU earned this Andrew. The praise. The spotlight. That title. You BUSTED YOUR ASS to get here. And now, you are on top. You are the UNDISPUTED FUTURE of this company. This glorious site of you standing alone in the middle of the ring with the wrestling world's most prized possession in your hands. It's because of your hard work and dedication. Nobody is worthy is standing in that ring with you. Nobody is worthy to stand up to you. Because when it comes down to it. Andrew Briggs is above EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!

Despite how arrogant Ted's words seem, the fans still cheer. Because no matter how nasty that man is, Andrew Briggs is their beloved hero.

Andrew Briggs! Andrew Briggs! Andrew Briggs!

Everyone in the arena are chanting his name as he stands there in the sole spotlight, with that title in his hands. He looks down at it and sheds a tiny tear in his left eye before holding it up high above his head for all to see!

What a sight!

The spotlight fades as the lights come back on. However the celebration continues as confetti and balloons rain from the sky.

Ted Dickens
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN FEAST YOUR EYES AND WORSHIP THE GREATEST-

Ted chokes on his words as he is attacked from behind. It all happened in an instant. Before Briggs could turn to Ted to see what had happened, he's around met by the boot of PJ MOON! The crowd instantly shower him with a storm of boos but he ignores them as his focus is on dismantling the champion. With so much rage in his eyes, he stomps away at Andrew Briggs before dropping to a knee and unloading a barrage of fists to his forehead, busting him wide open. He then looks over at the fallen belt. Picks it up in his hands and stares intently at it. He then looks to the stirring Andrew Briggs. As Briggs pulls himself on the ropes, he stumbles to turn around just to have a brutal meeting with his championship as Moon cracks him over the skull with it. Blood splattering on the belt and on the mat. A truly horrific scene for the new world champion as Moon stands above him, with so much hate in his eyes.

WHY MOON WHY??? This is just sick!

As he looks to be leaving, he stops. He looks back at Andrew and a mysterious dark thought surfaces. He walks back over to him kicks him out of the ring closest to the announce table. Briggs barely conscious as he looks on to see the blurry scene of Moon ripping up the padding that covers the concrete floor.

Mr. Dashing
Moon what are you going for?? Don't do it Moon!

Moon then picks the champ up to his feet and drags him over to the exposed concrete with his arm wrapped around his head in the DDT position!

Mr. Dashing
MOON DON'T DO IT!

Being showered by boos and having multiple officials as well as the commentator scream at him not to do it, he smirks. A sadistic smirk as if all of this is easing the pain he's been feeling. And in an instant, DDT! He drills Briggs head straight into the concrete floor!

Mr. Dashing
OH MY GOD!

Briggs is out of it. As Moon finally makes his leave, slowly through the crowd.

Mr. Dashing
You guys gotta check on him!

The officials and a now recovered Ted Dickens check on the champ as Moon walks out of the arena.

Guys, the champ does not look good. This was not how the show should of started out. Briggs was being celebrated for his big win last week and Moon just came out here and snapped. I've never seen something so brutal before.

Briggs is being taken away on a stretcher as Ted is by his side, ending the segment.
