Went back, did 22 mins on stair master and 10 mins on the treadmill, I can confirm that I'm near death.
It is 24 hour, but I can only go when my mom does since I don't have my license yet, but that's about 3-4 times a week. Getting a treadmill for home as well for when she's working, only 200$ on sale, GG me.

Ever think about trying a water diet. My friend was 330 and wanted to try an easy diet and did it. Ate a tad bit healthier but drank NOTHING but water for 3 months. Lost 90 lbs then once he had more energy he went to the gym and really started losing weight. 230 now
